The e-Demonstration App is associated with 3 major schemes i.e. NSFM, NFSM Oil Seed, State Plan of Agriculture department. The objective of this application is to automate the work flow of field demonstration. This is G2G , G2B and G2C application meant for VAW(Village Agriculture Workers) to capture field demonstration information in form of images with latitude & Longitude in 3 different stages and synchronize the same for release of subsidy to farmers.

The entire system of field demonstration is divided into 2 parts. 1st one is a web application to set target to districts by scheme officer at state level. Once target received at district, the concerned CDAO will segregate the target with in different blocks under his jurisdiction. Target is basically a patch of 100 hectors of land of farmers named as demonstration. Once a Demonstration ID is created by BAO at Block level, it is assigned to a VAW to carry out field demonstration process through the Mobile App which is the 2nd part of the system.

The app will work in offline mode where VAW will login and select the demonstration ID and capture 3 images of the land with latitude/longitude within 0 to 30 days of demonstration ID generation. VAW will synchronize the necessary data collected offline to central server via api service once comes online.

Similarly, 2nd phase and 3rd phase verification will be carried out by VAW subsequently after 30 days, 45 days to capture the images and submit to central system.

With each stage of verification, farmer will be allotted with recommended need base-inputs from registered dealer & after approval, subsidy amount will be released to the beneficiary farmer account through DBT mode.
